New licenses will be prorated to end on June 30th along with existing licenses.

Licenses requested after January 1st have the option to purchase through June 30th of the following year to avoid needing to renew licenses in consecutive months.

We will need end-user usernames from purchasers to tie licenses to their accounts.

How will renewals work?

Units can request a quote for renewals for the following fiscal year (July 1 - June 30) using the link above starting January 1st.

License owners will receive reminders to renew before their licenses expire on June 30.

What will the turnaround time be for new licenses?

New licenses should be issued within a maximum of one month from the request date, but temporary licenses will be provided upon request.

Can units purchase licenses through other Tableau authorized resellers?

Access to the GT Enterprise Tableau Server requires licenses to be purchased exclusively through the USG Tech Store.

Licenses purchased through other means will be unable to share reports beyond the user's local computer or connect to published data sources.
